Teal Window Boutique Refund & Return Policy 

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS

• Pre-order items are ordered specifically for our customers and are considered final sale.

• If your pre-order exceeds the posted turnaround time (TAT), you may request a refund before your order ships. Refund requests due to delays will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund due to production or shipping delays. At that point, the order falls under our standard return policy.

• Please remember that turnaround times are estimates provided by our manufacturers, and while I always communicate delays, unexpected production or shipping issues can happen.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of delivery for both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items.

To qualify:

Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags must still be attached.

Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, Teal Window Boutique will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. If the item does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Please note that slight color variations, pattern placement, or fabric dye lot differences are normal and are not considered defects.

FINAL SALE

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

 

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Teal Window Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
